8. What products do you sell in your store?

1. Do you sell used saddles? Yes, we have a fine selection of used saddles — about 80 at all times. (top)

2. Do you accept saddles on trade or consignment? We are very particular about the used saddles that we take for trade or offer for sale. They are carefully checked for quality and soundness. We do accept saddles on trade. Again, we are particular about the quality and condition of the item. We will negotiate with you a fair value towards another new or used saddle. For relatively new used saddles, we cannot accept them for more than 80% of our wholesale cost. Consignment saddles in good condition and reasonably priced are welcome if we feel the consignment will benefit us both. Saddles in stock after 60 days will be returned to the owner. (top)

3. How can I get information about your clinics and sales? From the homepage select the Mailing List option and submit your information to us to begin notification of coming events. You may also e-mail us at info@brightonsaddlery.com. At Brighton Feed and Saddlery our mailing list remains completely private. We do not sell or give any of the information to any individual, business or organization. Each July we send a postcard reminder about our saddle sale. We will also send information about our clinics and coming events via e-mail or post office. (top)

4. Tell me about your saddle sale? Our Annual Saddle Sale has become quite a 'cowboy social event'. We have over 700 new and used saddles at great low prices for the event. We also take your old saddle on trade. In addition, there are deals on almost everything in the store. The sale is always the first Friday and Saturday of Cheyenne Frontier Days — this year it is July 17 and 18. Hours for the sale are 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Friday and 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Saturday. Please come join in the fun, and have a cup of coffee on us. Our annual Saddle Sale has become quite a cowboy social event. Manufacturer representatives will be available to help you with product, and Miss Rodeo Colorado will be on hand to sign autographs or just chat with you. Often, other well-known clinicians, trainers, saddlemakers, and poets are on hand or just stop in and say howdy. (top)

5. Do you sell gift certificates? We do offer gift certificates for any amount you request. Unused value of redeemed certificates will be refunded as a store credit. No cash refunds please. (top)

6. What is your return policy? We will give a full refund if you return merchandise undamaged, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. A return authorization number will be issued to you. On a saddle return we will give full credit towards the purchase of a different saddle. If a refund is desired, we do withhold 5% to cover transaction and restocking costs. (top)

7. Why aren't you open on Sunday? At Brighton Feed and Saddlery, we feel strongly that our employees have a day for worship, time with their family, a trail ride, or just resting up. (top)
